Agreement to Terms

Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time without prior notice.
Ticket Sales and Access
Tickets are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise by Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy. Ticket holders acknowledge that festival access may be subject to weather conditions, and Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy is not liable for inclement weather or its impact on the event.
Security Precautions
Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy employs robust security measures to protect ticket holders, including access controls and surveillance systems. Ticket holders must comply with all reasonable instructions from festival staff regarding their safety.
Conduct and Behavior
Ticket holders are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt or disturb the enjoyment of others at the event.
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited within the festival grounds: any substance or device capable of causing injury, damage, or disruption; fireworks, explosives, or flammable materials; and animals (except for certified assistance animals).
Photography and Filming
Ticket holders acknowledge that photography and filming may be restricted during certain performances due to safety or security concerns.
Ticket Refunds and Exchanges
Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy reserves the right to limit ticket refunds and exchanges, including circumstances beyond its control such as inclement weather or government regulations.
Liability Limitation
In no event shall Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy be liable for damages exceeding the amount paid by ticket holders for admission to the festival.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Canada.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of other provisions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy and ticket holders regarding their use of festival services.
Waiver
By using festival services, ticket holders acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Canada.
