If you feel like you need a break from our attractions, we offer 24-hour to 72-hour cooling-off periods. During this time, you will not be able to purchase tickets or participate in gaming activities.

Self-Exclusion Options

If you have concerns about problem gambling and want to take action, we allow self-exclusion for periods ranging from three months to one year. Once your self-exclusion period has ended, you can re-register and start participating in our attractions again.

Integrated Self-Exclusion Database

We are committed to helping those who need support with responsible entertainment practices. Our festival is integrated with the Canadian Museum of History's responsible gaming database, which honors existing requests for self-exclusion from other participating institutions.
